Determine Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping speed, the weight/size of the item(s), and the shipping destination.
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days once your order payment has been accepted. A confirmation email including the shipment tracking number will be sent to you when your order has shipped. You can also track your order using the My Account dashboard.
To determine the applicable shipping rate and time for item(s) in your cart, please do the following:
From the Cart page
- Click “Change address”
- Select Country
- Select State/Province
- Enter Address
- Enter Zipcode/Postal Code
- Click “Update”
- Shipping methods for your order will be displayed
- Select a shipping speed then click Proceed to checkout
From the Checkout page
- Select Country
- Enter Address
- Enter Town/City
- Select State/Province
- Enter Zipcode/Postal Code
- Once the address is entered the shipping methods for your order will be displayed.
- Select method of payment
Paypal
Option A)
If paying via your Paypal account then log into your account via the popup screen
Option B)
If you are paying with a Debit or Credit card
a) Then select using Paypal to pay with a Debit or Credit card via the popup screen
b) Enter card information then click Pay Now
